Hi! I'm Kristen. I created Live Your Prime to help men break through these barriers and regain control of their intimacy, confidence, and emotional depth. With over 300 hours of experience as a coach, sex educator, and founder of Prime Pilates, I draw on a unique combination of mindfulness, Pilates, sex education, and talk therapy to help men thrive. My work is about empowering you to reconnect with your partner, reignite passion, and boost your self-confidence—all while addressing the mental, emotional, and physical challenges that may be holding you back.
As an athlete, my own journey has taught me the power of resilience. After a severe cycling crash that left me broken, I rebuilt my body and qualified for the Boston Marathon on my first attempt—proving that with the right mindset and core strength, anything is possible. This same approach informs my work with clients: by combining mindfulness and core strength, I help men rebuild not just their physical performance but their intimate connections as well.
