Kristen Anderson, MA, MBSR,Ā is a performance coach whose work tackles the physiological, emotional, and social aspects of intimacy and relationships. A key part of her work involves helping men overcome barriers to intimate connection through a unique blend of mindfulness, Gottman's Couples Therapy, ACT, Pilates, sex education, and talk therapy.Ā

Class 1: Pilates Breathwork
