Prime Strength Circles brings men together to build unshakable connection and strengthen emotional resilience. Join a powerful space where real growth happens, and unlock the tools to thrive mentally and emotionally.
Sessions are held twice times a week, and with your membership, you can attend as often as you like.
Each Strength Circle is led by a coach and begins with active listening guidance and a guided meditation. These group coaching sessions are set up for sharing, connecting and guidance from a skilled coach. Sessions wrap up with final reflections. Research shows that these simple but meaningful connections can offer the same emotional relief and growth as certain forms of professional counselling, helping break the cycle of loneliness, worry, and stress.

MEET YOUR COACH
Kristen Anderson, MA, MBSR, is a performance coach whose work tackles the physiological, emotional, and social aspects of intimacy and relationships. A key part of her work involves helping men overcome barriers to intimate connection through a unique blend of mindfulness, Gottman's Couples Therapy, ACT, Pilates, sex education, and talk therapy.

Strength Circles involve pairs taking turns exploring specific questions while the other listens without judgment or interruption. Research shows that talking and listening in supportive environments reduces stress and worry. Active listening, especially when empathetic and non-judgmental, can be as effective as professional counselling in promoting emotional relief, self-reflection, and improved mental well-being.
