MEET YOUR COACH

Kristen Anderson is a certified mindfulness instructor and trained Pilates specialist in Sexual Wellness, Golf, and Rotational Power. A Boston Marathon qualifier and former varsity athlete, she integrates cutting-edge techniques to empower clients through the mind-body connection.

Kristen knows firsthand the value of discipline, focus, and the power of the mind-body connection. Mindfulness forms the foundation of her approach, enabling clients to transcend physical setbacks and tap into their untapped potential.

Her journey of resilience, including recovery from a life-changing cycling crash, highlights her  mobility, and performance. Her deep love of sports—Pilates, golf, running, cycling—and her drive to keep up with her three energetic boys fuel her passion for guiding others through challenges to achieve peak performance.

In our Prime Pilates Program, each session will build on the last, moving you closer to your target health, more strength and virility and better performance.

Class 1: Pilates Breathwork

Kick off your journey with a focus on breath—an essential element of Pilates that enhances body awareness and relaxation. In this class, you’ll learn techniques to harness your breath for improved oxygen flow, reducing stress, and maximizing your workouts. Experience how mindful breathing can elevate your physical performance and mental clarity.

Class 2: Pilates Foundation

Establish a solid foundation for your practice with fundamental Pilates exercises tailored for men. This class emphasizes core strength, alignment, and stability, providing you with the tools to improve your overall strength and resilience. You’ll learn key movements that enhance your everyday activities and athletic performance.

Class 3: Boosting Erectile Function

Explore specific Pilates exercises designed to enhance pelvic floor strength and support erectile function. This class will focus on movements that promote blood flow and vitality, helping you improve your sexual health. Class 4: Enhancing Mobility & Flexibility
